How it works

Five steps to moving in

You don’t need to know everything at the start. We will guide you through each step.

  1. Get in touch

Call us on +40 724 130 640, message us on WhatsApp (opens in a new tab) or fill in the visit request form. Tell us briefly who you are looking for care for and what you would like to know.

Useful to know when you call

    • the person’s age
    • what help they need day to day, for example with walking, washing or eating
    • their main health conditions and current treatment
    • when you would like the move to take place

You don’t need to have all the answers. We will work them out together.

  2. Come and visit

We agree on a day and time together. During your visit you will see the rooms, the dining room and the inner courtyard, and you can ask us all your questions. If possible, bring along the person who will be moving in.

  3. Assessing care needs

We talk about the care your loved one needs and tell you whether we can provide the right support. Please tell us openly what help they need day to day and what treatment they are currently receiving.

  4. Documents and contract

We will give you the exact list of documents by phone. An identity document and recent medical records are usually required, but we will confirm the full list.

The contract is signed before moving in. We recommend reading it carefully and asking us about anything that is unclear.

  5. Moving-in day

    A few things worth bringing:

    • comfortable clothes and non-slip shoes
    • treasured personal belongings: photos, a book, a favourite pillow or blanket
    • a list of current medication, with doses
    • glasses, hearing aid or dentures, if used

These are general suggestions. We will tell you by phone exactly what is needed.

Costs

We agree the cost together, based on needs

Everyone needs a different kind of support, so we do not work with a single fixed fee. We set the cost individually once we know your relative, and we discuss it openly with you.

  • You find out the cost before you decide anything.
  • We tell you from the start what it includes and whether anything is charged separately.
  • You can visit the care home before you choose.
