Answers for families
Here are the questions families ask us most often. If you cannot find what you are looking for, call us or ask our virtual assistant.
How the cost is set and how to find out.
We set the cost individually, according to the care your relative needs. That is why we do not publish a single fee: we talk it through openly with you, by phone on +40 724 130 640 or during a visit, before you make any decision. There is more on our Costs page.
We tell you exactly what the fee includes, and what may be charged separately, before you make any decision. As everyone’s needs are different, we go through the details by phone or during your visit.
The cost depends on the care the person needs. If their needs change over time, we talk openly with the family. We will explain how this works during your visit, before you decide anything.
The rooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Spacious, bright rooms for 1, 2 or 3 people. Every room has care beds and hospital-style bedside cabinets, cable TV and Wi-Fi. You can see real photos in our photo gallery.
Yes. Every room has its own bathroom, adapted to the needs of older people and easy to access.
An entrance hall, wide hallways with places to rest, a dining room and an inner courtyard with a large tree, tables, chairs and benches. When the weather is fine, residents can sit outside in the shade.
Our team, daily care and meals.
Our team brings together social work, nursing and physiotherapy staff, as well as care assistants. We also work with medical specialists in neurology, psychiatry, and nutrition and diabetes.
Our services are tailored to each resident’s needs:
