How it works

Five steps to moving in

You don’t need to know everything at the start. We will guide you through each step.

Call: +40 724 130 640
  1. Get in touch

Call us on +40 724 130 640, message us on WhatsApp (opens in a new tab) or fill in the visit request form. Tell us briefly who you are looking for care for and what you would like to know.

Useful to know when you call

    • the person’s age
    • what help they need day to day, for example with walking, washing or eating
    • their main health conditions and current treatment
    • when you would like the move to take place

You don’t need to have all the answers. We will work them out together.

  2. Come and visit

We agree on a day and time together. During your visit you will see the rooms, the dining room and the inner courtyard, and you can ask us all your questions. If possible, bring along the person who will be moving in.

  3. Assessing care needs

We talk about the care your loved one needs and tell you whether we can provide the right support. Please tell us openly what help they need day to day and what treatment they are currently receiving.

  4. Documents and contract

We will give you the exact list of documents by phone. An identity document and recent medical records are usually required, but we will confirm the full list.

The contract is signed before moving in. We recommend reading it carefully and asking us about anything that is unclear.

  5. Moving-in day

    A few things worth bringing:

    • comfortable clothes and non-slip shoes
    • treasured personal belongings: photos, a book, a favourite pillow or blanket
    • a list of current medication, with doses
    • glasses, hearing aid or dentures, if used

These are general suggestions. We will tell you by phone exactly what is needed.

During your visit

Ask us anything you want to know

The visit is the right time for questions. Here are a few useful ones:

  • What does the monthly cost include, and what is charged separately?
  • What does a typical day at the home look like?
  • How are family visits arranged?
  • How do I keep in touch with the team after the move?

We will answer openly, before you make any decision.

Questions about admission

How soon can my relative move in?

It depends on the places available at the time and on how quickly we complete the steps above together. Call us on +40 724 130 640 and we will tell you how we can proceed in your situation.

How do I know whether you can care for my parent?

Everyone’s needs are different. By phone or during your visit, tell us about their health conditions and the help they need day to day. We will tell you honestly whether we can provide the right support, before you make any decision.

How much does care cost?

We set the cost individually, according to the person’s needs, and discuss it openly with you, by phone or during a visit, before admission. You will find more details on our Costs page.
